Mrs. Hachem has thirty-five years of diversified experience in the real estate investment industry including acquisitions, property management, and portfolio administration. As the President, she oversees the firm’s investment strategies and financial structures and sets the agenda for the team. She has created a diverse portfolio with properties ranging from Class A office space, shopping centers to neighborhood retail.

Mechelle Meredith-Ehardt

Vice President

Mrs. Ehardt serves as Vice President of Hachem Investments. Not only is she the right hand to the President, but she also focuses on corporate philanthropy. Mechelle, working closely with Mrs. Hachem develops strategies that fuel the achievement of Hachem Investments' altruism goals. She possesses outstanding leadership abilities and holds a proven track record of success building effective partnerships and advancing the level of engagement and, ultimately, the reputation of the organization.

Robert Ehardt

Construction Project Manager & Engineer

Robert is a jack of all trades for Hachem Investments. From an MS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering to his work as a former master plumber, Robert created the building concept for our latest project, ONE Uptown, and seeing it through completion, managing timetables and costs along the way. On a daily basis, Robert concentrates on the growth of Hachem Investments by developing new business and maintaining current relationships. Yet, somehow he still manages to find time for his art and building custom motorcycles.
